Using Bria Enterprise Application on Android

Objective

The objective of this SOP is to guide users on how to effectively use the Bria Enterprise application for making calls, accessing contacts, and utilizing various functions within the app.

Key Steps

  1. Making Calls:

    • Enter the number on the dial pad.

    • Press the green call button to initiate the call.

  2. Accessing Contacts:

    • Navigate to the Contacts tab.

    • Grant permission for the app to access local contacts on your phone.

  3. Utilising Functions:

    • Go to the Roster tab.

    • Explore System Users, system directory, and functions.

    • Activate the night switch or pick up a call from the park line under the functions section.

  4. Viewing User Information:

    • Check the status of each user in the System Users section.

    • Note the status text associated with each user (e.g., Desk Phone Idle, Offline).

  5. Reviewing Call History:

    • Visit the History tab to view a log of incoming and outgoing calls.

    • Identify missed calls in the history section.

  6. Messaging:

    • Access the messaging tab.

    • Initiate a new conversation and send messages to contacts.
