Setup Remote Support (Android)

📘 Instructions

1. Download “Splashtop SOS“ on your Android device

   

2. Once installed open the application and tap “AGREE“ on the permission that pops up

   

3. Tap on “CONFIGURE“

   

4. Top on “AGREE“
   

   

5. Tap on “Splashtop SOS“

   

6. Toggle the permission on and press the back button

   

7. The application should now be showing a 9 digit code that you can give to the technician to remotely access your device
   

   

Once the session has been terminated, we will no longer have access to your device
